Yes, there is an extra charge for biological stains such as: Urine, vomit, feces, blood as it needs special attention, and the use of professional grade enzymes to clean and desinfect.
How long does the cleaning process take?
Time varies depending on set up, square footage, and soil levels. As a reference a 2 story home with 3 bedrooms, hallway, stairs, living room and dining room would take about 2 to 4 hours
How do I prepare for my carpet cleaning?
Pre-vacuum a day or two before, lock your pets in a safe place (recommended) and move any furniture you wish to prior to the appointment.
